similar story to lala1120 ....ex's behaviour, what will he do next?

newMoon:
Well apart from last Monday when he gave me 10 minutes he was coming over to collect some stuff (his brother was also there acting I guess as a witness, not ideal but tolerable) the week was quite productive for me. I breathed a sigh of relief, my dad stayed for a couple of days and helped me out round the house, I've drafted a letter with the solicitor warning him of his behaviour, detailed access to his son etc.

Just as I figure I'm getting on top of things outside (struggling inside with things though) he turns up at my house today, no warning and its the only time I left the front door unlocked  :( He comes straight in, walks to the kitchen and starts going the post, I ask him what he's doing, he replies that he lives here, its his house, there's no injunction etc. I ask him repeatedly to leave, tell him I'm forwarding his post to his brothers (where he agreed with police he'd be living). He goes upstairs into the storage area off the bedroom, I repeatedly ask him to leave, only when I threaten the police does he go back downstairs. He looks at his son (asleep in the pram), tells me he'll pick him up Tuesday morning, I tell him its not convenient and he goes out. I LOCK the door !

Stupid me for not locking the door, stupid ! My heart was pounding so much , I didn't know what he wanted, didn't know what he was going to do. Looking back now he's pushing things isn't he ? Testing how far he can go i.e. come round after little notice with a witness, then no notice and on his own, talking about him living here ...well that just can't happen. I was going to send that letter from the solicitor but I reckon I need that injunction to bar him from this house ASAP.

reclaimingme:
get the injunction immediately - that is awful he is threatening you.

:bighug:

Lala1120:
I agree with reclaiming me. Get the injunction. That is a total lack of boundaries - you've already established that you didn't want him in the house and asked him to leave but he wouldn't. Now it's about re-enforcing boundaries through taking legal action.
