Author H G Tudor provides unique, first-hand information about narcissists and their behaviour. 

In his book Fuel he explains the concept of narcissistic supply and goes deeper into the subject revealing why it is key to their existence, why they need it in vast quantities, how they obtain it, what their sources are, what benefits it has for them and why they cannot stop looking for it, among other helpful and valuable knowledge.

HG Tudor is brutally honest and states the facts without embellishments, which can be sometimes a bit triggering, especially at the beginning when readers are not so familiar with his work.  However, the more insight readers acquire from this knowledge, the more accurate their understanding and eventually, the better equipped they are when dealing with narcissists.

I find this book fascinating, insightful and enlightening.

The author presents himself as a narcissist writing about narcissism, codependency, and related subjects. So I guess what you're sensing is pure narcissism, in all of its creepiness.

I can't help being amused at the author's chosen pseudonym, H. G. Tudor. Reminiscent of Henry Tudor, better known as King Henry VIII.
